    Was a great little park when operated as Elks Beach, until the current owner took over, changed the name and forced most everyone out, with unreasonable financial demands and very little notice to comply... Long term campers (30+ years) told to come up with $35000 within one month, or vacate within 2 weeks... Would not even return phone calls or emails with some campers...
